Connection Failed

Hi guys, I just found out this server today and I´d like to give it a chance. The problem is that whenever I try to log in it keeps saying connection failed. I checked out whether it was online or not and it actually is, but still dont let me enter... I installed the client and the patch... Am I doing anything wrong, or do I need any other file to run the game?
